Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £20 k per annum

Location: Wokingham

Hours: 37.5 per week - 9.00 a.m until 17.00 p.m

Areas of responsibility:

  • Dealing with day to day customer enquiries on the phone and through email
  • Responsibility for good customer interactions
  • Taking and amending bookings
  • Ensuring accurate club attendance records have been kept
  • Scanning in paper work to ensure we have the correct documents on file
  • Completing administration accurately and within set timescales
  • Dealing with customer feedback, escalating if necessary
  • Manage customers who are resistant to contact by remaining polite, tactful, honest and calm
  • Provide information for invoicing
  • Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
  • Code and file material per established protocols
  • Update and ensure the accuracy of the organisation's databases
  • Purchase, maintain records of and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintain and update the business insurances
  • Assist in the administrative tasks involved in setting up and maintaining all the out of school clubs
  • Prioritise work effectively to meet business demands
  • Ensure all tasks are being completed and dealt with to completion

Essential Requirements:

  • Educated to GSCE standard or higher
  • Proven administrative, planning and organisational skills
  • Experience in customer service and dealing with issues
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and databases
  • Strong communication skills at all levels in writing and verbally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow process and suggest new ideas to further improve customer relations
  • Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a pressurised environment
  • Ability to work supportively within a team, exercising good judgement, using own initiative
  • Flexible approach to work with dedication to follow up on all customer feedback and complaints.
